About me:
I hail from Saarland and currently live in the border region, where I am deeply rooted with my family. After completing my training as a cook, I pursued a degree in Food Technology at Trier University of Applied Sciences. Early on, I developed a passion for the intersection of business and technology, which led me to a career in sales, procurement, and project management in an international environment. Over the course of four years, I gained valuable experience in these areas within a food processing and manufacturing company before transitioning to the field of recruitment consulting in January 2024.

Throughout my career, I have developed a solid understanding of various business areas. Working in interdisciplinary teams has repeatedly shown me how crucial it is to have skilled and cohesive teams within and across departments.

As a Consultant, I work closely with companies to develop tailored solutions for their staffing needs while identifying and securing top talent in the job market.
Through my experience, I’ve come to understand the importance of customized solutions. I believe it is essential to thoroughly assess the needs of both companies and candidates to create the best possible matches.
For me, the focus should always be on compatibility—not just in terms of skills but also between the company’s team culture and the candidates.
Engagement:
Outside of work, I lead an active lifestyle that includes fitness and hiking. I’m also an avid traveler, which has provided me with cultural and professional insights into various markets and work environments. This perspective is invaluable in recruitment consulting, particularly when connecting international candidates with companies. These activities help me stay focused and gain new perspectives.
